While they began with a visionary idea, they recognized the importance of grounding their innovation in solid, real-world evidence to attract potential investors. Their goal was to demonstrate not only the added value of their vision but also their commitment to seriously considering the needs and perspectives of all stakeholders involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To achieve this, Pro Legacy turned to Best Goed studio. They sought our expertise to objectively validate their vision, ensuring it was both impactful and aligned with the practical realities of youth football scouting. Engaging closely with staff, coaches, and players, we conducted in-depth interviews and observations to immerse ourselves in their environment and gain a holistic understanding of their practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Building on this foundational knowledge, we employed our unique value-finding methodology to discern what truly matters to the club and what aspects are less critical. This approach allowed us to align the club\u2019s needs and values with the AI platform envisioned by Pro Legacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By synthesizing the rich data collected, we identified key opportunities and challenges, transforming raw insights into actionable strategies that respect the club\u2019s culture and enhance their scouting capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Outcome<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We delivered a comprehensive report outlining the critical insights gained from our in-depth study. Through extensive engagement and insights gathered from staff, coaches, and players, Pro Legacy gained a clearer and more nuanced understanding of what truly matters when creating AI to improve in youth football scouting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this report, Pro Legacy now possesses not only a robust and well-defined vision for moving forward but also real-world evidence and actionable insights that demonstrate the tangible added value of their approach.
